Not just a party favour.

My daughter’s birthday is what started this. I didn’t want to send another loot bag out the door filled with plastic toys, the kind that gets an excited reaction in the car and is forgotten by the time we’re home. At the time, my idea was two weeks old, and the first boxes were far from perfect.

What that first party taught me is that a genuinely better loot bag was possible. I’m not the only parent who dreads filling goodie bags, and I wanted to make something better available to other families too.

That’s the test every box has to pass before it leaves my house. I want a child to open it and think, wait, am I the birthday kid? That’s why the materials are thoughtfully chosen to ensure a positive experience, the crayons are full-size Crayola, and the snacks are child approved.
