What kind of photo works best?
A clear, bright, high-quality photo. Children's drawings work beautifully too: snap a photo of the artwork in good light.
How long does it take?
Allow 3 to 5 business days from when we get your photo.
How do pickup and payment work?
Full payment by e-transfer confirms your order. Pickup is free in Whitby Shores, or delivery is $5 in Whitby, Ajax and Oshawa. We'll arrange a time with you.
Are there images you won't use?
We keep things family-friendly, so no violence, hate, nudity or anything close to it. Please only send images you have the right to use, so no cartoon characters, team logos or other brands. If an image isn't a fit, we'll tell you before anything is made.
Can I get a refund?
Every puzzle is made just for you, so we can't offer refunds. If there's ever an issue with your puzzle, please reach out.
